Our History Back in 2020 Zach Cantrell was scrolling through Facebook when he noticed an opportunity for opening a concrete leveling business in Columbus, Ohio. It caught his eye as he had been a real estate agent for the past 20 years and had seen his fair share of concrete issues around town. However, Zach knew he couldn’t start the business on his own so he contacted a fellow real estate agent, Jeff Osborn. Immediately Jeff was interested and they flew out to Omaha, Nebraska to learn more about the opportunity from the product suppliers at Supportworks. By fall of 2020 Jeff and Zach had created SmartLevel Concrete and began their business. Their main goal was to change the way homeowners experience the construction process. In the time since they have helped hundreds of homeowners make their homes safer and up their curb appeal. They are excited for the years to come, recently expanding into the Cleveland area - and are grateful for the people who have helped make it happen! Technicians Chris and DeAndre arrived at their scheduled time and gave a brief overview of work to be done. They leveled steps and portions of our driveway and sidewalk.
