As the leading concrete repair contractor in Central Ohio, and now Cleveland, we provide our customers with long-lasting solutions that restore the beauty and value of their properties. Our History Back in 2020 Zach Cantrell was scrolling through Facebook when he noticed an opportunity for opening a concrete leveling business in Columbus, Ohio. It caught his eye as he had been a real estate agent for the past 20 years and had seen his fair share of concrete issues around town. However, Zach knew he couldn’t start the business on his own so he contacted a fellow real estate agent, Jeff Osborn. Immediately Jeff was interested and they flew out to Omaha, Nebraska to learn more about the opportunity from the product suppliers at Supportworks. By fall of 2020 Jeff and Zach had created SmartLevel Concrete and began their business. Their main goal was to change the way homeowners experience the construction process. In the time since they have helped hundreds of homeowners make their homes safer and up their curb appeal. They are excited for the years to come, recently expanding into the Cleveland area - and are grateful for the people who have helped make it happen! Our Team Testimonials From SmartLevel Customers Posted on Google Cora Schrader Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently hired SmartLevel Concrete to inspect our home’s concrete driveway and walkways. We had numerous cracks, divots, and leveling issues that needed addressed. The entire process from the initial assessment and quote through the repair completion was seamless, professional, respectful, and collaborative. The two very knowledgeable repair technicians, Antonio and Dylan, worked as a solid team to address our situation while ensuring any questions we had were answered, the concrete repairs were completed skillfully, and the outcome met our expectations. They did not disappoint. The two went above and beyond and did so with a high level of respect, professionalism, knowledge and skill. Antonio even alerted us to a house foundation situation we didn’t know existed. We are truly grateful for that and look forward to working with SmartLevel Concrete in the future without any hesitation. We highly recommend this firm. Posted on Google Grab My Junk Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The guys that worked on my driveway were very nice and worked hard. They seemed to do a great job on my driveway. I had them lift my driveway and front porch. They also installed a compression guard in my driveway to prevent further cracking of the concrete in my garage. They also power washed the concrete and sealed it. The reason why they only earned 4 out of 5 stars is because they didn’t completely cleanup the work area. The dirt that was dug up for the compression guard was not put back. I had to return the dirt back to where it should’ve been. Also, a good-sized area of my landscaping bed has a light grey dust all over it as well as the surrounding bushes and mailbox. I tried spraying it off with a hose, but it does not spray off. I made the company aware of it, but nothing was done about it. If it weren’t for that issue, they would have received 5 stars. Crew was exceptional, took the time to explain the process. While completing each step, they took care to clean up as they went, and didn’t leave any trash behind. They were always courteous and pleasant. Overall project went well and mostly achieved the expected results. Posted on Google Karen Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Results exceeded hopes, let alone expectations! We had major areas addressed- full front porch and steps, front walk, parking pad, back walk and back patio. Everything was lifted, leveled, stabilized, cleaned, sealed and all joints filled and sealed. It looks amazing and really elevated the appearance of our house. Everyone, from the salesman (Pete) to the workmen (Anthony and Ryan), was friendly, thorough and competent. Very highly recommend!
