How Long Will My Concrete Inspection Take?

We all have busy schedules and a never ending honey-do list that can make home projects seem daunting. Adding on top of that all the estimates you need to inquire about can create quite the time suck. 

However we want to ensure that you get the best experience from us as possible and have enough knowledge on the concrete project to make an informed decision. Our inspectors typically take an hour to an hour and a half to complete a concrete inspection. During this time they measure your concrete, i.e. the length and width of your patio, driveway and walkways, as well as measuring the total length of all the cracks in your concrete and the control joints. We measure all of the concrete on your property, not just the problem area, so we can get a full scope of the project and a cohesive map of the concrete footprint.

Once the full inspection is completed they spend about 20 to 30 minutes with you going over the whole scope of the project and the quote they have created for you. They will also show you some informative videos about the products and how they will help your concrete.

Once you both have gone through the quote and are happy with everything the inspector has found, you can move forward with the project!
